Business Development Officer / Assistant Officer (Event)

Job Brief

We are looking for a talent to manage and generate Wedding Industry events for wedding vendors and brides-to-be. Events organised will be of editorial photoshoot to seasonal large scale wedding fairs. The individual will also be responsible in managing an event space, and provide customer service on location.


You should have an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills as you will need to communicate and coordinate effectively with your colleagues, our members, and our other clients. We encourage fresh graduates who are exploring a career in the wedding industry to apply for this dynamic role and grow with us as we expand both our online and offline presence. 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate event planning, logistics and on site operations
  • Manage and communicate with vendors
  •  Design and strategize marketing, PR and/or event campaign
  •  Coordinate with outside partners for hosting bridal events
  •  Draft presentation materials
  •  Work with management on developing business opportunities
  •  Manage event space


Job Requirements

  • Must be a team player with outgoing and adaptable personality
  • University Graduate (we welcome fresh graduates)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, fluent in both English and Chinese
  • Presentable, efficient and able to make decisions independently
  • Knowledge of basic office computer software
  • Social Media skills will add additional merit
  • Immediate available is preferred

     


Receptionist (Part-time)

 

Requirements:

  • Can work independently
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer operating knowledge

Job Duties:

  • Welcome guest at The Aisle
  • Provide concierge service to The Aisle members
  • Maintain good operation standards at The Aisle Venues 

 

Web Developer (Short-Term, Contract)

Job Duties:

  • Work as web developer to provide new features to the website
  • Participate in all phases of new software development from planning to implementation
  • Work as a team to design, test and develop our website

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree Holder in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
  • Proficiency in coding, and passionate about new technology and innovative ways of coding;
  • Basic understanding of the full web delivery stack, including database, server-side and front-end code
  • Experience in HTML, ASP, Javascript, jQuery, CSS, Bootstrap, RESTful, .NET, C#, MVC, MSSQL. Knowledge in REACT and Node.js is an advantage
  • Team player but able to work independently and efficiently
